## Free Shipping
We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $25.
Orders under $25 will have shipping rates calculated at checkout based on location and shipping method selected.
## Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During high-volume launches, holidays, or limited edition drops, processing times may be slightly longer.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email with tracking information once your order ships.
## Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout where applicable
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or demand.
## Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking details will be sent to the email provided at checkout.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
## Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.
WrenchWorks is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect addresses
- Lost packages due to customer entry errors
- Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier

## Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos if applicable
- A description of the issue
We’ll work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the problem.
## International Shipping
International shipping availability and rates will be shown at checkout where applicable.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes required by their country.
