Refund policy

At WrenchWorks, we stand behind the quality of our gear. If something isn’t right, we’ll work to make it right.

## Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Tags must still be attached
- Items must be free from odors, stains, pet hair, or damage
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

## Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:
- Limited edition releases
- Clearance or final sale items
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Gift cards

## Exchanges

Need a different size? We offer exchanges for eligible apparel items based on available inventory.

If your size is unavailable, store credit or a refund may be issued instead.

## Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- A brief description

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

## Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by WrenchWorks.

## Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The wrong item was sent
- The item arrived damaged or defective

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as WrenchWorks is not responsible for lost return shipments.
